ANXIETY

What are some of the signs of Anxiety:

 

Fatigue, Restlessness, Lack of Concentration,Racing or Unwanted thoughts, hypervigilance, Irritability, excessive worry, fear,  feelings of doom, insomnia, nausea, palpitations, trembling, or sweating. 

 

  • Anxiety feels like a loss of control. A betrayal of your inner world and reality. Sometimes even defeat.Afraid                                                                      

  • The fear associated with anxiety can leave you feeling stuck and cause you to avoid perceived danger. You may become withdrawn and untrusting of your ability to keep yourself safe. 

  • The good news is just because you feel a certain way doesn’t make it true. You may feel afraid of projected outcomes but that does make the outcome true.

  • With skills we can learn to develop safety in the body

  • Replace fear in the body with calm energy

  • Create new beliefs that feel lighter and are grounded in truth.
     

As you learn to trust your ability to make good decisions for yourself, you will be able to master ways to reduce and let go of the fears that leave you feeling stuck.
