Stress is a natural response to ones surroundings and must be present for a person to function. It is measured in terms of arousal or stimulation ranging from optimal levels of stress that lead to creativity, change, and energetic satisfaction or,  levels of distress ranging from boredom, to frustration, mood swings, low self esteem, and irrational problem solving.  Each person has has their own internal level of balance which can become aroused positively or negatively in response to ones environment.


At Peace of Mind you will learn management skills to Avoid, Alter, Adapt or Accept the stressors in your life while utilizing techniques to maintain emotional  responsibility for response in place of reaction.
